the staff were very pleasant and helpful everywhere in the hotel. room cleaning has been excellent .
the air conditioning in rooms is fixed at 18 degrees, a warm temperature to me. the lobby bar is dark and uninviting, a shame as the pianist is very skillful.

the hotel has beautiful gardens and pool areas. the beach bar is a nice area, it has music and relaxation. the gym is modern with equipment and open 24/7.
the service was not good throughout the resort. staff seemed unhappy. i found the shisha smoking overwhelming. i felt uncomfortable during meals because of the smoke.

The room was a modern Beautiful Double Room Sea View, very spacious and included all necessities. The variety of food impressed me. All restaurants offered amazing choices. The staff were always helpful and professional , especially at the beach bar where the music and entertainment were great.

the hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept.
The service was consistently lacking, and it was like staff were unhappy. Even tipping didn't improve the situation, and the entire experience tarnished my view of the hotel, though it's a shame.

I enjoyed the food. Restaurants and bars offer alternatives for any taste. the pools are really entertaining. a visit to the hamam is recommendable. It was a very relaxing experience. all the staff were attentive and helpful. i could not ask for more.
this requires daily reminders to log on to attempt to book. that is something i didn't expect.

the grounds feature beautiful, well-kept gardens. the pool area is also well-kept and offers a pleasant space for relaxation. the beach bar provides a lovely spot to listen to music and unwind both during the day and at night.
